Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Zoho Functional Consultant based in Noida. The Zoho Functional Consultant will be responsible for analyzing client business processes, understanding operational requirements, and providing customized Zoho-based business solutions. Key responsibilities include collaborating with clients to implement, configure, and optimize Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho People, Zoho Creator, and other Zoho ecosystem products.
The role involves conducting detailed workflow assessments, gathering business requirements, preparing solution documentation, and ensuring smooth implementation and integration of Zoho solutions into client operations. The consultant will also provide user training, post-implementation support, and ensure optimal system performance and process automation.
The candidate will be required to attend client meetings, conduct requirement-gathering sessions, and visit client locations whenever necessary for project discussions, implementation activities, training, and support.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate and interpret complex business processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams
- Good understanding of business processes and ability to identify automation and optimization opportunities
- Consulting experience with a focus on requirement gathering, solution designing, and implementation
- Basic understanding of finance and operational workflows in an organizational environment
- Hands-on experience or knowledge of Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho People, Zoho Creator, and Zoho One
- Ability to manage client interactions professionally and conduct meetings independently
- Willingness to travel to client locations for meetings, implementation, training, and support activities
- Ability to work on-site as part of a fast-paced and collaborative team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Prior experience in Zoho implementation or business consulting will be an added advantage
