Fairfax Solution is expanding its implementation team and is looking for an experienced SAP Business One Functional Consultant ready to take ownership of end-to-end ERP implementations and drive value for clients across industries.
Job Location: Kolkata / Noida
About the Role
As a Functional Consultant, you will lead SAP Business One implementations from blueprinting to go-live. You'll work directly with clients to understand their business processes, configure the system, conduct user training, and ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP B1 implementation projects: requirement gathering, gap analysis, solution design, configuration, UAT, and go-live
- Conduct business process mapping sessions and prepare functional specifications (BBP / BPD documents)
- Configure SAP Business One modules — Finance, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, MRP, and Production
- Develop and deliver user training programs and documentation
- Handle post-go-live support and continuous improvement for client systems
- Coordinate with technical consultants for customizations, add-ons, and integrations
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle
What We're Looking For
- 5–6 years of hands-on experience in SAP Business One implementation
- Strong expertise in at least 3 of these modules: Finance & Accounting, Inventory & Warehouse, Sales & CRM, Purchase & AP, Production / MRP
- Experience in industries such as manufacturing, trading, distribution, or logistics preferred
- Ability to independently manage implementation projects and client stakeholders
- Excellent documentation, presentation, and communication skills
- SAP Business One certification is a strong advantage
