Functional Architect (AI-Native | Cross-Domain)
Pune | 8–15 Years
We are hiring a Functional Architect to drive end-to-end functional architecture across multiple business domains. This role focuses on domain modeling, NFR ownership, and bridging business with technology, with a strong emphasis on AI-first system design.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Define functional architecture, domain models & data flows
- Translate business requirements into scalable system designs
- Own NFRs: performance, scalability, security, compliance
- Ensure cross-domain consistency and integration patterns
- Partner with product, business, and engineering teams
- Enable AI-ready architectures (LLMs, RAG, intelligent workflows)
✅ Mandatory Skills
- 8–15 years in Functional / Solution / Technical Architecture
- Strong in:
- Domain modeling (ERDs, functional design)
- NFR definition & governance
- API design & data modeling
- Experience with:
- Microservices & Domain Driven Design (DDD)
- Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable architecture
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
Good to Have
- Exposure to AI-native systems (LLMs, RAG, vector DBs, agents)
- Experience across multiple domains / enterprise platforms
- Knowledge of BPMN/UML, ADRs, event-driven architecture
- Background from Technical Architect → Functional Architect
