🚀 We’re Hiring: Functional Analyst – ERP (NetSuite)
đź“Ť Location: Pune
đź’Ľ Experience: 5-7 Years
We are looking for a skilled ERP Functional Analyst with strong NetSuite experience to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
đź”´ Mandatory Requirements:
- NetSuite certification (must-have)
- 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience
- Experience with ERP systems like Oracle / SAP / Microsoft Dynamics
- Background as a Business Analyst or ERP Implementation Consultant
đź’ˇ Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
- Configure ERP modules and define functional specifications
- Work closely with business and technical teams for implementation and issue resolution
- Manage ERP implementation lifecycle including testing, go-live, and support
- Perform fit-gap analysis, customization, and integration planning
- Provide user training and ensure smooth system adoption
🧠Skills Required:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
🎓 Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent
