Provides vision and leadership as well as the management and supervision of the District’s Strategy and Technology Support Staff, including Coordinators, School Technology Specialists, Service Desk, and other supporting staff members; Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws; Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; establishes and maintains department operating procedures, workflows, documentation, and reporting; Proactively ensures that critical support services are aligned, responsive, and structured to meet the operational and instructional needs of the District.
