</div><div>We are looking for a team player who likes coming into something different every day. This is a true inside customer service position building real relationships with your clients. You will have a consistent weekday schedule.<br><br>

<strong>What You’ll Do<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Serve as the <strong>first point of contact</strong> for clients in person, by phone, and via email</li>
<li>Respond to inbound inquiries with product recommendations, pricing, and quotes</li>
<li>Conduct <strong>outbound sales calls and telemarketing</strong> to existing clients, inactive accounts, and new prospects</li>
<li>Follow up with top clients and manage ongoing account relationships</li>
<li>
<strong>Prospect new business</strong> using lead lists, directories, and local business resources</li>
<li>Support and execute in-house marketing efforts, including <strong>direct mail campaigns</strong>
</li>
<li>Guide clients through the full order lifecycle, from quote to completion</li>
<li>Maintain and update the <strong>customer database/CRM</strong> for effective follow-ups</li>
<li>Build strong relationships with vendors to support pricing and order accuracy</li>

<strong>What We’re Looking For<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Previous experience in <strong>inside sales, customer service, or account management </strong>is preferred but not required.</li>
<li>Comfort with <strong>outbound calling, prospecting, and follow-up</strong>
</li>
<li>Strong communication, organization, and <strong>time-management skills</strong>
</li>
<li>Basic computer skills, including <strong>Windows and Microsoft Office</strong>
</li>
<li>Experience with POS, accounting, or CRM systems is a plus</li>
<li>Promotional products, embroidery, or graphics industry experience is helpful but not required</li>
