The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Fullstack Developer with deep experience in mobile application development to join our core product team. You’ll work at the intersection of mobile and backend, helping build immersive, high-performance tools used by top athletes and coaches worldwide.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building real products at scale and wants to contribute to a cutting-edge mobile experience that involves native video features, real-time data, and seamless cross-platform performance.

What You’ll Do

Build and maintain backend services using Node.js, Express, and MongoDB.

Design and manage RESTful APIs for high-performance mobile apps.

Deploy and operate backend systems using AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS).

Develop robust and scalable React Native applications for Android and iOS.

Integrate advanced native mobile features including video playback and recording.

Bridge React Native with native Android and iOS modules where necessary.

Work closely with AI, design, and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

Required Experience

Backend

5+ years of experience with Node.js and Express

3+ years working with MongoDB (including schema design and optimization)

Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, etc.)

3+ years of experience optimizing backend systems for high traffic

3+ years building and maintaining REST APIs

Understanding of secure coding practices and system reliability

Mobile App

5+ years of Android development using Kotlin

5+ years building mobile applications using React Native

Experience integrating native modules into React Native applications

3+ years implementing video playback and recording features across Android devices

3+ years of iOS development experience using Swift

Experience building AR/VR features using ARKit, ARCore, RealityKit, or ViroCore

Bonus Skills

Experience working with C++ for performance-sensitive modules

Familiarity with sports tech, fitness, or live video applications

Previous contributions to apps with real-time features or data processing
