Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an SAP FICO Trainer. The SAP FICO Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging, and interactive training sessions in the SAP FICO module for diverse audiences. Day-to-day tasks include preparing comprehensive training materials, conducting online training sessions, assisting learners with queries, and ensuring up-to-date curriculum delivery. The trainer will also share industry insights, guide trainees in implementing SAP FICO solutions for business processes, and collaborate with the team to enhance training programs.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in SAP FICO and its application in real-world scenarios
- Proficiency in Training and delivering specialized SAP FICO courses for diverse learners
- Understanding of Business Processes and ability to link SAP solutions to their optimization
- Knowledge of Materials Management processes and system integration
- Experience in Consulting and advising on SAP FICO implementation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective learner engagement
- Prior experience in online training or virtual instruction is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
