Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Lean Six Sigma Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training sessions on Lean Six Sigma methodologies, creating course materials, and keeping content up to date with current industry best practices. The role includes evaluating participants' performance, offering constructive feedback, and helping learners prepare for Lean Six Sigma certifications. Ensuring that training fosters professional development and meets corporate and individual needs is a key responsibility.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles, methodologies, and tools
- Experience in instructional design, training delivery, and creating learning materials
- Strong skills in communication, public speaking, and engaging diverse audiences
- Ability to assess learners' needs and provide personalized feedback for continuous improvement
- Proficiency in remote training tools and digital platforms
- Minimum Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification; Black Belt certification preferred
- Prior experience in corporate training or education is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Commitment to staying updated with the latest industry trends and methodologies
