Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Italian (B2) Trainer. The trainer will deliver live online sessions in Italian up to at least B2 level, design lesson plans and practice materials, and adapt teaching methods to different learner profiles. Daily responsibilities include explaining grammar and vocabulary, guiding conversation practice, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. The role also involves preparing digital resources, supporting learners with doubts outside class hours when needed, and maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance. The trainer will collaborate with the academic team to improve course content and ensure a high-quality and engaging learning experience.
Qualifications
- Strong command of Italian language at B2 level or above, with clear pronunciation and accurate grammar.
- Experience in language teaching or training, including lesson planning, classroom management, and learner assessment.
- Ability to conduct interactive online classes using digital tools and learning platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a learner-centric and inclusive teaching approach.
- Comfort with remote work, time management, and maintaining professional discipline in a virtual environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Education, or a related field; formal certification in Italian language teaching (e.g., CILS, CELI, or equivalent) is an advantage.
