Role Description The Human Resources Generalist Trainer will design, deliver, and evaluate HR and soft-skills training programs for diverse learner groups across Henry Harvin’s business verticals. This Full-time, remote role involves conducting virtual training sessions, facilitating workshops, and coaching participants on HR policies, processes, and best practices. The role includes collaborating with HR leadership to identify training needs, creating learning materials and assessments, and maintaining accurate training records. The Human Resources Generalist Trainer will also provide guidance on performance improvement, support onboarding initiatives, and contribute to continuous enhancement of the training curriculum to align with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR), including familiarity with core HR processes, policies, and compliance.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training & Development and Training, with experience in designing and delivering structured learning programs.
- Candidates should possess Coaching skills, with the ability to mentor and support learners in applying HR concepts in practice.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear presentation, facilitation, and written communication.
- Relevant experience as an HR generalist, trainer, or L&D professional in an educational or corporate environment is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferred; HR or training certifications are an advantage.
- Comfort working in a remote, tech-enabled environment, with proficiency in online training platforms and basic productivity tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple training assignments, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
