Role Description
This is a Fulltime remote role for an HR Payroll/Generalist Trainer. The Trainer will deliver engaging training sessions covering aspects of HR management, HR policies, payroll processes, and employee benefits. Daily responsibilities include designing and delivering training materials, guiding trainees on HR concepts, providing practical insights in payroll operations, and addressing queries. The role also involves evaluating training effectiveness and modifying content to enhance learning outcomes.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) knowledge, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Expertise in HR Management and implementation of HR Policies
- Strong understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Experience designing and delivering professional training or coaching sessions
- Proficiency with HR systems and payroll management software is a plus
- Certification in Human Resources or related fields (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
