Role Description
MindAlgo is seeking a Fulltime Faculty member to deliver and develop high-quality academic courses and training programs in psychological disciplines. The faculty member will create and implement engaging course materials, assess student performance, provide mentorship, and ensure curriculum alignment with international standards. Responsibilities also include participating in research, hosting workshops, and contributing to the academic growth of the organization. This is a full-time, remote role, offering the opportunity to work with a global cohort of students and contribute to the advancement of mental health knowledge.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Clinical Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychology, or related fields
- Previous teaching, academic mentoring, or curriculum development experience
- Proficiency in research, critical analysis, and evidence-based psychological methodologies
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with digital tools for remote teaching and e-learning platforms
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, international academic environment
- Advanced degree in Psychology or a related field (PhD preferred)
- Experience in clinical practice and/or certifications in CPD-accredited courses is an advantage
