We’re Hiring: Bar Arts Academy Faculty (Flaring, Juggling & Mixology)
Do you live for the buzz behind the bar and the spotlight on stage?
Gateway Institute of Hotel Management, Guwahati, is looking for a Bar Arts Academy Faculty who can turn passion for bartending into powerful classroom and bar-counter experiences.
What you’ll do:
- Teach professional bartending: flair, juggling and mixology (practical + theory).
- Demonstrate show-stopping bar tricks and performance skills with confidence.
- Train students in beverage preparation, bar operations, hygiene and speed of service.
- Coach students to perform confidently in competitions and real-world hospitality environments.
You’re a great fit if you:
- Have solid experience in flair bartending/juggling/mixology.
- Love being on the bar, on stage and in front of students.
- Communicate clearly, demonstrate skills patiently and enjoy mentoring young talent.
- Bring high energy, professionalism and a genuine passion for hospitality education.

- Location: Gateway Institute of Hotel Management, Guwahati
