Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Management role located in Sonipat, open to both full-time employees and summer interns. The responsibilities include day-to-day coordination of team activities, conducting and compiling research, developing strategies, and fostering effective communication across teams. Additional tasks include cultivating interpersonal relationships, report writing, and supporting the execution of projects with precision and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills to build relationships and foster collaboration
- Excellent Communication skills for clear and effective interactions
- Proficiency in Research and the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data
- Skilled in Writing, including the ability to prepare reports and professional documentation
- Organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Adaptability and problem-solving capabilities in a dynamic environment
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory for interns
- Previous management experience or potential to lead teams is a plus
