Senior Software Engineer - Full-Stack

Your Role: As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you'll design and implement complete solutions spanning frontend interfaces to backend systems. You'll build feature-rich experiences that seamlessly integrate AI capabilities while maintaining performance, scalability, and code quality. This position offers the perfect balance of end-to-end development challenges with opportunities to leverage emerging AI technologies in practical, impactful ways. Your Responsibilities: Develop End-to-End Features - Own the complete development lifecycle from database to user interface Create Responsive Interfaces - Build polished React frontends that provide exceptional user experiences Architect Backend Systems - Design and implement robust Django/Node.js services and APIs Integrate AI Capabilities - Connect and configure AI services to enhance application functionality Optimize for Performance - Ensure both frontend and backend components perform at scale Implement Cloud Infrastructure - Work with AWS/Azure services to deploy and scale applications Drive Technical Decisions - Help select technologies and approaches for new feature development Mentor Junior Developers - Provide guidance on full-stack best practices and coding standards Your Qualifications: 3-7 years of professional full-stack development experience Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript Expert knowledge of either Django/Python or Node.js/JavaScript backends Experience implementing and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs Familiarity with integrating third-party services including AI/ML capabilities Solid understanding of database design and query optimization Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization Comfort with modern development workflows (Git, CI/CD, testing) Ability to balance technical excellence with practical delivery Strong collaborative skills and communication abilities Startup experience valued but not required Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience Your Rewards: Competitive compensation package of ₹30-45 LPA based on expertise Equity participation with genuine growth potential Work with modern tech stack and emerging AI technologies High-impact environment with direct influence on product direction Continuous learning and professional development opportunities Comprehensive benefits including catered meals and refreshments Regular team events and activities Chance to build products used by hundreds of organizations globally Location: Bangalore (Koramangala 8th Block)
