About The Role
We're looking for a Full Stack Lead Developer who combines deep technical expertise with the ability to lead and inspire a team. You'll take ownership of system architecture, guide developers, and build scalable products that make a real difference , working across the full stack with modern technologies.
What You'll Do
Lead & Mentor
- Guide a team of developers through code reviews, technical decisions, and day to day development
- Create a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Architect & Design
- Design scalable, secure, and efficient systems from the ground up
- Translate stakeholder requirements into robust technical solutions and communicate designs clearly across audiences
Build & Ship
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications using TypeScript, React.js, and related technologies
- Work with PostgreSQL and Redis for data storage and caching
- Hold a high bar for code quality, performance, and reliability
What You Bring
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript/Python and React.js (or comparable frameworks)
- Solid full-stack experience across frontend and backend
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and Redis
- Proven ability to lead development teams and manage project delivery
- Deep understanding of system design principles
Bonus Points
- Experience with DevOps tooling : Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
