Job Title: .NET + ReactJS Full Stack Developer
Experience: 5–6 years

Role OverviewThe role focuses on building high‑quality, scalable web applications using the Microsoft technology stack on the backend and ReactJS on the frontend. The developer will work as an individual contributor, collaborating closely with SMEs, Product Management, Design, and DevOps teams to deliver robust software solutions with strong ownership and accountability.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, enhance, and maintain full‑stack applications using C#, ASP.NET Core 6, MVC, MVVM, Entity Framework, LINQ, and SQL Server.
- Build responsive, high‑performance UI components using ReactJS and Redux.
- Design and implement REST APIs and contribute to microservices development (preferred).
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, ensuring high‑quality code, scalability, and maintainability.
- Work closely with Product Management and SMEs to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage deployments using Azure DevOps and Azure cloud services.
- Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and Design teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across the stack.
- Maintain strong documentation and follow Agile development practices.
Must Have Technical Skills- Strong hands‑on experience with C#, ASP.NET Core 6, MVC, MVVM, Entity Framework, LINQ.
- Solid understanding of SQL Server, stored procedures, query optimization.
- Proven experience building web applications, REST APIs, and working with microservices (preferred).
- Strong frontend development experience using ReactJS, Redux, JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, build & release processes, and deployment on Azure.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern DevOps practices.
Soft Skills & Work Style- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as an individual contributor.
- Strong requirement‑gathering skills, including interacting with SMEs to understand business needs.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with cross‑functional teams.
- High sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to delivering quality software.
