About the RoleAs a Full-Stack Intern, you will work on live production systems under clear SOPs and guidance. This role is for someone who wants hands-on execution.
You'll be building features that ship to users.
What You'll Do- Assist in building and maintaining:
- Websites
- Simple web applications
- Internal tools
- Work across the full stack:
- Frontend: UI implementation
- Backend: Basic logic, APIs, database operations
- Implement features using:
- AI-generated code
- Existing templates and codebases
- Fix bugs, improve flows, and test features
- Deploy changes under supervision
- Use AI tools effectively:
- Google AI Studio
- ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini (Pro versions provided)
- Other development tools as required
- Follow strict task briefs and deadlines
- Work with clear SOPs for consistent execution
What You Will NOT Do- Design system architecture
- Own production decisions independently
- Build features without approval
- Work without SOPs

Required SkillsMust-Have:- Basic understanding of:
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Frontend frameworks (React preferred)
- Backend basics (Node.js or similar)
- Familiarity with:
- APIs (REST, integrations)
- JSON (data handling)
- Databases (basic level—MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Ability to read and modify existing code
- Comfortable working with AI-generated code
- Good at prompting AI tools – we believe using AI effectively is essential
Good to Have:- Next.js
- Supabase / Firebase
- Git & basic deployments (Vercel, Netlify, etc.)
- Experience with Google AI Studio or AI-assisted development

Work Details
Location: In-office position in Faridabad/Delhi/Gurgaon area (Hybrid model)
Working Days: 5.5 days/week (Saturday half-day or work from home)
Placement Opportunity: Performance-based full-time offer available
Post-Internship Placement:
- Starting salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month (based on performance)
- Other allowances also available
Growth OpportunityHigh performers may be:
- Extended beyond 3 months
