Elixir is Looking for:
Founding React Native Engineer
We’re looking for a high-ownership engineer who wants to build real systems, not just screens.
This is not a “UI developer” role.
You will own critical verticals like:
- 💳 Payments infrastructure (UPI mandates, recurring deductions, async webhooks)
- 🏥 Health data ecosystem (Samsung Health, Terra, Whoop integrations)
- ⚡ Real-time sync + state-machine-driven complex flows
- 🤖 Experimental AI-native features
🔧 What You’ll Work On
- 70% React Native architecture (Android + iOS)
- 30% Backend (Node.js, Supabase, PostgreSQL)
- SDK integrations, performance optimization
- Writing clean, reusable, scalable systems
- Debugging issues at root cause (not surface fixes)
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- 4–7 years of production experience
- Strong React Native + TypeScript
- Experience with native modules & complex state management
- Backend fundamentals (Node.js + SQL)
- Strong debugging and architectural thinking
- High ownership mindset
⭐ Bonus
- Fintech / Healthtech experience
- AI-assisted development experience (Copilot, Cursor, Claude etc.)
- Experience with AWS, monitoring, deployments
