Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Fullstack Dotnet Trainer. The responsibilities include designing and delivering comprehensive training programs on .NET Full Stack technology for learners of varying skill levels. The trainer will create course materials, mentor and guide students through hands-on projects, assess their progress, and provide constructive feedback. Additional tasks include staying updated on the latest technologies and trends, as well as collaborating with the academy team to ensure a high-quality learning experience.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with .NET framework, C#, and ASP.NET Core
- Expertise in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React
- Proficiency in database management and design, including MS SQL Server or other relational databases
- Experience in software development best practices, Agile methodologies, and version control systems like Git
- Effective teaching, mentorship, and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- Strong communication and organizational skills for effective knowledge delivery and student engagement
- Experience in delivering technical training programs or working as a software developer in a professional setting
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Knowledge of Cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus
