About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in developing and maintaining large-scale web applications, with a focus on both backend and frontend technologies. Qualifications
- Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in web application development.
- Proficiency in backend technologies, specifically Python and PHP.
- Experience working with PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.
- Experience with Python frameworks like Flask, FastAPI, or Django.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL, including query optimization and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Proficiency in frontend technologies including JavaScript, React, and CSS.
- Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to mentor junior team members and work collaboratively across teams.
- Current residence in Bangalore or willing to relocate.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient web applications using Python, PHP, and related frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Implement and optimize RESTful APIs for seamless integration with third-party services and internal systems.
- Maintain and enhance existing PHP applications, including WordPress-based and standalone systems.
- Ensure code quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
- Participate in the deployment process, leveraging Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms for scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and legacy system challenges efficiently.
- Mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate innovative technologies into projects.
- Contribute to documentation, technical specifications, and project planning activities.
