Roles and Responsibilities
At Metayb, engineers are expected to take end-to-end ownership and contribute to building scalable, future-ready digital products.
- Design, develop, and scale end-to-end web applications using the MERN stack (React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB)
- Architect and build robust backend services and RESTful APIs with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and security
- Own and optimize database architecture, data models, and system performance
- Write clean, modular, and production-grade code aligned with best engineering practices
- Ensure high performance and responsiveness by proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions
- Contribute to system design discussions, technical decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Apply strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to solve complex business challenges
