Lead Developer – Full Stack

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer to drive end-to-end development initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead a team, design scalable solutions, and work across both frontend and backend technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain frontend applications using Angular
- Build and manage backend services using Java & Spring Boot
- Design and develop RESTful APIs
- Work with MongoDB for database management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, QA, Product)
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
- Debug and resolve technical issues across the stack
- Implement unit and integration testing
- Manage version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Provide technical leadership and mentor team members
Required SkillsTechnical Skills
- Strong experience in Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS
- Hands-on experience in Java & Spring Boot
- Experience with MongoDB
- Solid understanding of Microservices & REST APIs
- Knowledge of Git, Maven, Postman
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with security best practices
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in software development
- Proven experience in Full Stack Development
- Experience in handling or mentoring teams (preferred)
Soft Skills
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good to Have
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Knowledge of modern frameworks and emerging technologies
