Fullstack Developer (Frontend-Focused)
- Remote (open to relocating to Goa or Bangalore) | Full-time
What We Do
- We are building ERPeasy / Construction OS - a multi-product ecosystem replacing 10+ fragmented tools for the construction industry. OS, Marketplace, Customer Hub - all in one platform. Founded by a real estate industry veteran who has built and scaled construction businesses firsthand.
What You Will Do
- Build data-rich frontend interfaces (dashboards, scheduling, inventory, client portals)
- Architect scalable UI - lazy loading, code splitting, virtualized lists, reusable view layers
- Wire up backend APIs (FastAPI/Node.js) and integrate AI/LLM workflows
- Own performance across devices - site teams work on tablets and phones
What You Need
Must-Have
- 2-5 years building web applications
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and Next.js (App Router, SSR, ISR, API routes)
- State management - Redux, Zustand, or similar
- Complex data-heavy UIs - tables, charts, forms, dashboards
- Scalable frontend architecture - code splitting, lazy loading, dynamic imports, virtualized lists
- Building reusable view layers and component abstractions across modules
- Performance-aware development - memoization, debounced renders, lighthouse optimization
- Backend with FastAPI (Python) or Node.js
- PostgreSQL and REST APIs
- Git workflows
Strong Plus
- LLM/AI integration (OpenAI, Anthropic APIs)
- AI agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI)
- Real-time features (WebSockets, SSE)
- Tailwind CSS
- Construction tech, ERP, or B2B SaaS exposure
Mindset
- Default to shipping, not theorizing
- Care about how things look and feel, not just whether they work
- Comfortable with ambiguity - specs here often start as "figure out what makes sense"
