Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python backend development, React.js frontend engineering, and terraform based infrastructure automation. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications while collaborating closely with product, DevOps, and cloud teams to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using Python for backend services and React.js for frontend interfaces.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs.
- Implement secure authentication, authorization, and data protection mechanisms.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well documented code following best practices.
- Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.
- Manage state using tools such as Redux, Context API, or equivalent.
- Optimize UI performance and ensure cross browser compatibility.
- Develop backend services using Python frameworks such as Fast API, Flask, or Django.
- Integrate with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Implement background jobs, logging, monitoring, and error handling.
- Design and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform (IaC).
- Create and maintain Terraform modules for environments such as AWS / Azure.
- Work closely with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and environment provisioning.
- Ensure infrastructure is scalable, secure, and cost optimized.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning.
- Work in Agile/Scrum environments with cross functional teams.
- Write unit tests, integration tests, and support automated testing pipelines.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
- Experience: 7-12years of experience in application full stack development, with a focus on Python and React.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, React, Typescript, and Terraform, cloud AWS/Azure
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as AWS/Azure are preferred.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities
