🚀 We're Hiring: Fullstack Developer @ Apranova
Apranova is building the next generation of intelligent hiring tools — and we're looking for a Fullstack Developer who loves shipping fast, owning features end-to-end, and turning messy product ideas into clean, production-grade software.

🔧 What You'll Do
────────────────────────────
• Build and ship full-stack features across our web platform — frontend, backend, and everything in between.
• Design clean, scalable APIs and database schemas (Postgres / Supabase).
• Craft delightful, responsive UIs using React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
• Integrate third-party services (auth, payments, AI/LLM APIs, voice, etc.).
• Own features from spec → deploy → iterate, with a strong sense of product quality.
• Collaborate closely with design, product, and founders in a high-velocity environment.

🧠 What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on fullstack experience shipping production apps.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Next.js (App Router preferred).
• Solid backend skills — Node.js, REST APIs, SQL (Postgres), and auth flows.
• Comfort with cloud platforms (Vercel, AWS, or similar) and CI/CD basics.
• Good product instincts — you ask "should we build this?" not just "how?"
• Bonus: experience with Supabase, LLM/AI integrations, voice APIs, or real-time systems.
