About The Role

The Full-Stack Solution Architect at Innovapptive Inc plays a pivotal role in shaping the technical architecture, scalability, and maintainability of our Angular and Node.js-based platform. Reporting directly to the VP of Technology & Architecture, this role is a strategic blend of visionary design and hands-on execution. The architect will establish standards, frameworks, and AI-assisted development practices that unify our web platform across multiple products. As a builder and governance leader, the incumbent will leverage cutting-edge AI tools, automation, and telemetry to design resilient, modular systems while mentoring teams to adopt an AI-First engineering mindset. This role is essential in driving innovation, ensuring platform robustness, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technological excellence.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess over 10 years of extensive software engineering experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to Angular and Node.js architecture. Proven expertise in building enterprise-grade, scalable web platforms is essential. Candidates must have hands-on proficiency with TypeScript, NestJS, GraphQL, and microservices architecture. Deep familiarity with AI developer tools such as ChatGPT, Cursor.AI, Bolt.AI, and observability stacks like Sentry and Datadog is required. A strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud architecture, particularly AWS, is critical. Excellent communication skills are necessary to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including executives, architects, and developers. A passion for continuous learning, innovation, and fostering an AI-First culture is highly valued.

Responsibilities

Design and define modular, maintainable architecture patterns across Angular, Node.js, and GraphQL, embedding AI design companions to facilitate rapid development and testing. Build reusable UI components and API frameworks to accelerate product delivery while maintaining consistency across platforms. Integrate telemetry tools such as Sentry, Datadog, and New Relic to monitor system performance, API latency, and frontend rendering, establishing self-diagnosing error frameworks that utilize AI for classification, summarization, and recommended fixes. Develop and enforce non-functional benchmarks like load time, uptime, and regression rates, ensuring compliance with industry standards across all releases.

Collaborate with the DevOps and engineering teams to implement fully automated CI/CD pipelines, define AI-driven code review policies, and automate testing with tools such as Testim, Playwright, and Cypress. Ensure zero-downtime deployments with rollback automation and version traceability. Architect APIs and microservices that support AI agents, analytics dashboards, and ML pipelines, facilitating seamless data exchange with systems like SAP and Maximo. Pilot AI orchestration capabilities within full-stack workflows, including anomaly detection dashboards and computer vision applications.

Mentor technical leads and senior engineers on best practices, AI-assisted coding, and architectural decisions. Govern architectural reviews using AI validation agents to enforce standards automatically. Create and maintain the Full-Stack Architecture Playbook, documenting patterns, decisions, and guidelines to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing across teams.
