We are hiring Videographers!
Salary: ₹2 – 4 LPA (Based on skillset & experience)
Experience: 0 – 3 Years
Location: Chennai – On-site only
We’re a Chennai-based creative Agency working with F&B, lifestyle, and retail brands — helping them grow organically through strong storytelling and social-first content.
The Role:
We’re looking for a fresher or early-career Videographer who who lives for the camera. You need a strong visual eye, good camera fundamentals, and the willingness to learn fast.
Responsibilities:
- Shoot high-quality content for Reels, Shorts, and campaign films.
- Handle lighting, framing, composition, and stabilisation.
- Assist and manage on-location shoot setups and shoot flow.
- Coordinate with the production and project management teams.
- Ensure proper file handling, backups, and gear maintenance.
- Collaborate closely with editors to bring out the best from every footage.
- Learn and adapt to different shooting styles based on each brand.
What we're looking for:
- 0–3 years of videography experience.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio/showreel are welcome.
- Good understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
- Comfortable handling cameras, gimbals, and basic audio setups.
- Chennai-based and available for regular shoots.
- Someone willing to learn, take feedback, and grow in a fast-paced creative environment.
Bonus:
- You own your own camera, gimbal, or audio gear.
- Bachelor's degree in Filmmaking, Media Studies, Visual Communication, Mass Communication, or a related discipline.
- Diploma from a recognised filmmaking or media institution.
Degrees are a bonus. Your work and visual sense matter more.
