We are looking for a highly skilled, fast-paced Video Editor to join our team full-time and help us dominate across YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
The Role: We need a creative powerhouse who doesn't just cut clips but understands pacing, retention, and social media algorithms. You will be responsible for editing, packaging, and publishing content across all our brands daily. Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Output: Edit a minimum of 3 high-quality videos daily (mixing YouTube Long-form, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Reels) across our three brands.
- End-to-End Production: Handle everything from scriptwriting (when required) to 4K editing, color grading, and final rendering.
- Social Media Management: Upload, optimize (titles, descriptions, tags), publish, and share the videos across all our social media platforms to maximize reach.
- Brand Adaptation: Seamlessly switch editing styles between highly technical AI content (PrismHubAI), financial updates (CoinExpansion), and engaging daily vlogs (RiseDigitalIndia).
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in professional video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Strong understanding of short-form content algorithms (Hooks, pacing, retention tactics).
- Experience handling 4K footage and delivering crisp, high-quality exports.
- Hands-on experience managing social media profiles and content scheduling.
- Ability to work full-time and manage daily deadlines efficiently.
- A strong portfolio showcasing both long-form storytelling and viral short-form content.

The Role: You won't just be writing; you will be managing our entire content pipeline. From ideation to execution, you will be responsible for choosing trending topics, writing high-quality SEO-optimized articles, and publishing them.

🏢 Special Location Bonus: You have the freedom to Work From Home. However, if you prefer to work directly from our Khekra Office, we will pay an additional ₹5,000 / month on top of your base salary!
