🎬 Hiring: Full-Time Video Editor (Remote)

Swapnaloka LLP | Cinematic Mythology & Horror

Swapnaloka LLP is a fast-scaling digital media studio building premium IP across YouTube (Swapnaloka, Swapnaloka Hindi, Bhay Nagari).

We’re looking for someone who can give a cinematic treatment to our YouTube videos — strong narrative pacing, immersive sound design, and powerful visual storytelling.

Candidates who have edited narrative videos / Short-films are highly encouraged to apply.

🎯 Role

You will edit all video content across our channels, including:

• 3–4 Long-form videos/month (15–50 mins each)

• 10–20 Shorts/Reels

• Promos & short music videos

• Client projects (paid separately)

🎥 You Should Have

• 1–3 years experience

• Strong narrative pacing & cinematic instincts

• Motion graphics + clean audio mixing skills

• Ability to handle mythology storytelling and horror edits

• Proficiency in Premiere + After Effects (preferred)

• 4K-capable system

Bhubaneswar-based editors will be given preference (Remote role).

💰 Compensation

• ₹25,000/month Retainer

• Monthly performance bonus

• Client projects paid separately

• Contract reviewed after 6 months
