About the RoleWe’re looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Video Editor who is passionate about crafting engaging, polished video content. The ideal candidate MUST have strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and hands-on experience editing podcast-style videos (multi-camera setups, jump cuts, audio syncing, subtitles, etc.).

Key Responsibilities- Edit long-form and short-form podcast videos with clean transitions, multi-camera switching, and crisp audio.
- Trim, cut, arrange, and enhance footage using Adobe Premiere Pro (this is a strict must).
- Add captions, motion graphics, overlays, and basic animations as needed.
- Color-correct and color-grade videos to maintain a consistent visual style.
- Sync audio, enhance voice quality, remove background noise, and ensure broadcast-ready sound.
- Repurpose long podcast episodes into short social-media-friendly clips (Reels, Shorts, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with the content team to understand creative direction and messaging.
- Organize and manage project files, timelines, and assets for smooth workflow.
- Deliver videos within deadlines with high attention to detail.
Mandatory Requirements🚨 These are non-negotiable:
- Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
- Proven experience editing podcast videos
- Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics
- Ability to work from the Indore office (full-time)
Preferred Skills- Basic skills in After Effects (motion graphics, simple animations)
- Experience with social media formats & platform-specific best practices
- Knowledge of audio processing tools (Audition or similar)
- Creativity, reliability, and a strong sense of visual storytelling
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in film, media, design, communication, or equivalent experience
- Portfolio of past video editing work — especially podcast edits (required)
