Social Media Manager (Chennai-based)
Are you passionate about social media, content creation, and audience engagement? Do you have a way with words and an eye for aesthetics? We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to join our growing team at Dozers and take our brand & client presence to the next level.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, create, and schedule high-quality content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more.
- Write engaging captions & storytelling posts that align with each brand’s voice.
- Monitor trends and implement relevant, viral content strategies.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build a strong online community.
- Track social media analytics & performance to optimize content.
- Work with designers, video editors, and clients to create visually stunning posts.
- Basic level video editing, poster designing, communicating with clients.
- Assisting the team with shoots in different locations.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong writing & communication skills (English & Tamil).
- A creative thinker who understands social media aesthetics & trends.
- Experience with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Basic Canva skills (Photoshop/Premiere Pro is a bonus).
- Ability to analyze insights & adjust strategy accordingly.
- Freshers & early-career professionals are welcome to apply.
