Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad for a Plant Maintenance Electrical Maintenance professional. The daily responsibilities include maintaining and troubleshooting electrical equipment and systems, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring safe and efficient operations, and managing utilities and electrical infrastructure at the plant. The role also involves adhering to safety standards, maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines, and collaborating with teams to implement improvements and ensure uptime of machinery and other electrical systems.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in Electrical Maintenance, including troubleshooting, installation, and repair of industrial electrical systems and equipment
- Experience with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices in a manufacturing or plant environment
- Proficiency in handling utilities like generators, transformers, motors, PLCs, and control systems
- Understanding of electrical safety protocols, regulations, and quality management systems
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, technical manuals, and drawings
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field; certifications in industrial maintenance are an advantage
- Experience in the healthcare/MedTech or related industries is a plus
