ROLE OVERVIEW:
We're seeking an exceptional Data led Full Stack WordPress Developer with 4+ Years of proven frontend and backend experience who can build sophisticated, custom-coded websites from scratch with minimal plugin dependency. You'll work directly with US clients to create conversion-optimized websites integrated with enterprise marketing technology stacks.
CORE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Frontend (Expert):
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Responsive & mobile-first development
• Tailwind/Bootstrap + custom CSS
• React.js or Vue.js
• jQuery & vanilla JS optimization
• Cross-browser compatibility
Backend (Expert):
• PHP – custom WordPress themes & plugins
• CPTs, taxonomies, hooks, filters
• Shopify Liquid customization
• REST API integration
• MySQL queries & DB optimization
• Server-side security
• Git/GitHub workflows
Marketing Tech (Critical):
• GA4, GTM, Pixel tracking
• HubSpot form + CRM integrations
• Zapier/Make workflows
• Webhooks & API authentication
• Custom lead forms with validation
• Payments integrations
• AI Tools with strong understanding of data
Work Requirements
• Overlap with US time zones
• 4+ years experience (agency experience preferred)
• Strong portfolio of custom-coded work
• Self-managed, deadline-driven, collaborative
• Fluent English for US client communication
