- AI Integration: Use tools like Copilot and Midjourney to automate the mundane and focus on complex logic.
- Performance Engineering: Achieve 95+ PageSpeed scores and perfect Core Web Vitals as a standard, not an afterthought.
- Operational Discipline: Manage your day with a "Battle Plan"—including dedicated 3-hour deep work blocks and daily innovation time.
