Full Stack Developer/Senior Full Stack Developer

Preferred Background: Digital marketing agency or multi-client web development experience
About the Role
This role is suitable for someone who can handle complex websites, urgent fixes, platform-level issues, client requirements, and multiple projects with minimal supervision.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead website builds from planning to launch.
- Handle complex WordPress, Shopify, Magento, Joomla, and WooCommerce requirements.
- Debug advanced frontend, backend, hosting, plugin, theme, checkout, and integration issues.
- Guide junior developers when required.
- Review website quality before delivery.
- Improve website speed, security, tracking, and performance.
- Communicate clearly with internal teams on project scope, timelines, risks, and delivery.
- Manage client revisions without compromising quality or deadlines.
Competencies:
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency or multi-client environment.
- Strong experience with WordPress, Joomla, Shopify, Magento, and WooCommerce.
- Frontend skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap.
- Backend skills: PHP, MySQL, REST APIs.
- Experience with custom themes, plugins, modules, page builders, and third-party integrations.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to quickly fix website errors and keep websites running.
- Good understanding of website speed, technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, tracking, and conversion-focused website structure.
- Experience with hosting, cPanel, WHM, DNS, SSL, Cloudflare, backups, migrations, and website security.
- Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into practical website solutions.
- Strong time management and deadline ownership.
- Ability to handle multiple revisions and urgent tasks.
- Clear communication and problem-solving skills.
- Confidence working independently and with internal teams.
