About the Role
We are looking for an experienced developer in the ReactJS and Python (Django / FastAPI) stack who enjoys teaching and mentoring others. In this role, you will guide a cohort of 20–30 learners through a 4–6 month full stack program and help them become job-ready engineers. The focus is on bridging the gap between basic coding knowledge and real production-level development.
Core Responsibilities
- Deliver a structured full stack curriculum from fundamentals to advanced development patterns
- Guide students through project-based learning and a full stack capstone application
- Run live coding sessions, debugging workshops, and professional code reviews
- Teach Git-based collaboration, Agile ceremonies, and sprint planning
- Integrate GenAI tools for code generation and debugging into development workflows
- Create assessments, project briefs, and evaluation rubrics
- Participate in curriculum reviews to keep content aligned with industry and organizational needs
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional development experience in ReactJS and Python (Django / FastAPI)
- Strong fundamentals in HTML5, CSS3, accessibility (ARIA), and mobile-first design
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), async/await, and production-level TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with React, including component architecture, hooks, and state management (Redux or Zustand)
- Backend experience with Python using Django and/or FastAPI, including ORM usage, serialization, and async API design
- Ability to build secure, scalable REST APIs with JWT authentication, session management, OAuth2, and RBAC
- Understanding of monolithic and microservices architectures
- Experience with PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB), using Django ORM or SQLAlchemy
- End-to-end deployment experience for frontend and backend applications
- Ability to write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
- Strong Git workflow practices and experience with tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Plane
