Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Full Stack Trainer, based in Bengaluru South. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical training to postgraduate students, focusing on full-stack development concepts and frameworks. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting interactive training sessions, creating and updating curriculum content, mentoring students, and evaluating their progress. The trainer will also stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into the training to ensure students are equipped with relevant skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in web development using technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular
- Backend development expertise with programming languages such as Node.js or Python, and experience working with databases like MySQL or MongoDB
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effectively delivering training and mentoring
- Experience in preparing training materials and adapting curriculum for postgraduate learners
- Passion for teaching, with a focus on developing practical, industry-ready skills in students
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the tech industry or prior teaching/training experience will be an added advantage
