Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South for a Full Stack Trainer (PG Only). The Full Stack Trainer will be responsible for conducting engaging training sessions on full stack development concepts, aiding students with their queries, evaluating their progress, and providing constructive feedback. Additionally, the trainer will develop structured curriculums, create instructional materials, and stay updated on the latest advancements in programming and software development to refine teaching methods. Collaborating with the academic team to ensure that students are adequately prepared for opportunities in the tech industry will also be a fundamental part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular frameworks like React or Angular
- Strong knowledge of backend technologies including Node.js, Django, and database management systems such as MongoDB or MySQL
- Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD, version control systems (e.g., Git), and cloud technologies
- Ability to design and deliver effective training sessions and create comprehensive curricula
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and mentor diverse learner groups
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt teaching methods to students' individual learning needs
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with a master's degree preferred
- Prior experience as a trainer, educator, or mentor in the field, specifically focused on full stack web development
- Passion for technology and education coupled with the ability to inspire students to achieve their career goals
