Role Description
We are seeking a Full Stack Trainer for a full-time, on-site role in Vadodara. The Full Stack Trainer will be responsible for delivering technical training, developing course content, and mentoring students in full stack development. Day-to-day, this includes designing and delivering lesson plans, conducting assessments, guiding students on best practices in development, and updating training materials to align with industry trends. The role requires collaboration with other teams to ensure the success of learners in their professional journeys.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full Stack Development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, React, Angular, and Python/Django
- Experience with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL
- Strong understanding of software development processes, frameworks, and version control tools (e.g., Git)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts with clarity and enthusiasm
- Experience in curriculum design, content creation, and providing hands-on coding mentorship
- Prior experience conducting technical training or teaching is an added advantage
- A passion for empowering learners and helping them achieve technical mastery
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
