Role Description
We are seeking a Full Stack Trainer to join our team in a full-time, on-site role in Nagpur. As a Full Stack Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training sessions, guiding students in mastering both front-end and back-end development technologies. You will assess and support learners’ progress, facilitate live coding sessions, provide one-on-one mentorship, and contribute to refining the curriculum to align with industry standards. Your goal will be to inspire and empower students to grow into proficient Full Stack Developers.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Frontend Development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular
- Solid knowledge of Backend Development technologies such as Node.js, Python (Django), and database management with SQL or MongoDB
- Experience with Full Stack Development, including integration of front-end and back-end systems
- Strong problem-solving and coding skills; ability to conduct live coding sessions and explain complex concepts clearly
- Experience in instructional design, course content development, and effectively training students or professionals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Up-to-date understanding of industry standards and emerging technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
