Weโre hiring a hands-on Full Stack Tech Lead who has spent 2โ6+ years writing real production code, and now ships 10x faster using AI-first development (Codex / Claude / Cursor / etc.) with strong prompting + systems thinking. You should be able to take a fuzzy business problem and turn it into crisp scope, clear architecture, executable plan, and production-grade implementationโwithout being spoon-fed feature-by-feature. If your idea of โAI codingโ is one-liner prompts and then blaming the model, this role is not for you.
๐๐ฒ๐๐ฐ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฝ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป:
You will lead delivery of full-stack systems and AI-native capabilities including multi-agent workflows (plannerโexecutorโcritic / tool-using agents) with a strong emphasis on reliability, security, evaluation, and operational excellence, while leading a team of 2-3 engineers end-to-end.
๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
1) Ship production software using AI (not vibes)
- Use AI tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality, security, and maintainability
- Write long-form, structured prompts/specs that include:
- requirements decomposition
- edge cases + failure modes
- data models
- API contracts
- security constraints
- acceptance criteria
- test strategy
- Convert prompts into working increments and ship with a weekly release mindset
2) Multi-Agent systems (build, ship, and make it reliable)
- Design and implement multi-agent workflows (plannerโexecutorโcritic / tool-using agents) for real production use-cases
- Define agent interaction patterns: routing, delegation, retries, reflection/critique loops, tool selection, and escalation paths
- Build robust orchestration that survives edge cases (timeouts, partial tool failures, weird inputs, looping agents)
- Own agent โopsโ: memory strategy, guardrails, permissions, audit logs, and safe tool boundaries
- Set up evaluation and regression for agents: quality metrics, hallucination checks, test harnesses, and continuous improvement loops
3) Own architecture end-to-end
- Design scalable systems with clean boundaries and sane abstractions
- Define entities, schemas, workflows, RBAC/permissions, and audit trails
- Make future-proof choices without gold-plating
- Build with an operator mindset: observability, alerts, failure recovery, rollbacks
4) Full-stack execution (deep hands-on)
- Frontend: crisp, fast, stable UI that doesnโt break under real users
- Backend: clean APIs, strong validation, reliability, performance
- Database: modeling that wonโt become a nightmare later
- Deployments: CI/CD discipline, environments, config hygiene, rollback thinking
5) Lead a team of 2โ3 engineers (Applicable for candidates having prior team handling experience)
- Own sprint planning, ticket breakdown, and delivery cadence
- Run strong PR reviews, enforce coding standards, and keep quality high without slowing speed
- Mentor devs, unblock fast, and build an execution culture
- Translate product goals into a clear engineering roadmap that the team can execute independently
Required Skills
- 2โ6+ years full-time engineering experience with strong production ownership
- Full-stack builder: frontend + backend + infra awareness
- Ability to convert ambiguous problems into: crisp product scope, clear architecture, executable engineering plan, production-grade implementation.
- Strong end-to-end thinking (forward + backward): forward: ship features fast, backward: how it breaks, scales, gets attacked, fails, and how to prevent it.
- Strong AI-first engineering discipline: prompt structure: context, constraints, format, tests, acceptance criteria, task decomposition into AI-executable chunks, verification discipline: no blind merges, tight review loops, eval-driven iteration, ability to create internal prompt templates and engineering playbooks
- Leadership: comfortable leading 2โ3 engineers end-to-end with high standards and velocity (Applicable to candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience)
- Traits: ownership and speed with standards, critical thinking, calm/zero politics, strong written communication (docs/specs)
Preferred Skills
- Proven experience designing and shipping multi-agent workflows in production (plannerโexecutorโcritic, tool-using agents)
- Deep comfort with evaluation design: offline eval sets, success metrics, regression tracking, hallucination checks
