7–8 years total software development experience with strong hands-on delivery background.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Lead who can drive end-to-end development across multiple client projects, lead engineering teams, and actively participate in architecture, delivery planning, and client communication. The role requires strong technical depth in NodeJS and ReactJS along with solid cloud/server expertise.

Core Technology

• Strong hands-on experience on Java, NodeJS backend development
• Strong experience in ReactJS application architecture
• Solid understanding of AWS infrastructure and server management
• Deployment, scaling, monitoring
• Basic security and networking concepts
• Experience designing scalable APIs and microservices
• Database experience (SQL or PostgreSQL preferred)

• Excellent communication skills for direct client interaction
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven capability to manage multiple development teams
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ownership mindset for delivery timelines and quality
  
  

Leadership & Process

• Experience in code review, mentoring developers, and enforcing best practices
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models
• Ability to estimate effort, plan sprints, and manage risks
  
  

Good to Have

• Experience working with PHP-based systems
• Exposure to enterprise integrations (APIs, third-party systems)
• Experience in performance optimization and security best practices
• Experience in service-based company environment
