We're looking for an experienced Full Stack Software Developer to join the engineering team of one of our clients—a fast-growing, mission-driven organization building technology products in the well-being, education, and transformational learning space.

What You'll Do
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack web applications.
- Build scalable backend services and REST APIs using Node.js (TypeScript) and/or Go.
- Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React, Svelte, or similar modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver impactful product features.
- Design and improve scalable, secure, and maintainable system architecture.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases, optimize queries, and manage database migrations.
- Implement automated testing, participate in code reviews, and maintain high engineering standards.
- Monitor application health, troubleshoot production issues, and improve system reliability.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and engineering best practices.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in Full Stack Software Development.
- Strong experience with:
- Node.js (TypeScript) and/or Go
- React, Svelte, or similar frontend frameworks
- Solid understanding of software architecture, scalability, security, and performance optimization.
- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, or Cassandra.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or New Relic.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
