Job Summary

Responsible for end-to-end delivery of platform initiatives by combining program management, product thinking, and hands-on technical execution across backend, frontend, and data systems.

Experience

8–12 years

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Ownership

Drive delivery from concept to rollout
Manage sprint planning, backlog, and prioritization
Ensure alignment with architecture standards

2. Technical Involvement

Review API contracts, DB schemas, and specifications
Work with backend (FastAPI / Node) and frontend (React + TypeScript)
Debug issues with engineering teams

3. Product & UX

Define user journeys and workflows
Drive metrics and dashboard definitions
Ensure effective UX for senior stakeholders

4. AI-Driven Execution

Identify automation and AI opportunities
Work with LLM workflows and prompt design
Build decision-support systems
