Full Stack Production Support Engineer - Hong Kong Shift
📍 Location: Coimbatore, India (On-site)
⏰ Shift: Hong Kong Time Zone (HKT) - 9 AM to 6 PM HKT (~7:30 AM to 4:30 PM IST)

Looking for a Full Stack Production Support Engineer to provide 24/7 application reliability for our Hong Kong-based clients. If you thrive in Spring Boot + Angular environments and can handle production firefighting during HKT business hours, this is your role!
What You'll Do:- Provide L1/L2 production support for apps built on Spring Boot (backend) & Angular (frontend)
- Monitor, troubleshoot & resolve issues across multiple client environments in real-time
- Perform root cause analysis & coordinate hotfixes with dev teams
- Ensure zero-downtime during Hong Kong business hours
- Document incidents & contribute to support automation
Must-Have Skills:- 2-5 years in Application/Production Support
- Hands-on with Spring Boot (REST APIs, microservices)
- Strong Angular experience (components, services, RxJS)
- Production troubleshooting across multi-tenant environments
- Excellent English communication for client updates
Nice-to-Have:- Experience with monitoring tools (New Relic, Grafana)
- Database skills (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines & AWS basics
