Job Title: Senior Full Stack .NET Developer (Azure & Enterprise Applications)
Job Location: India – Remote
Role Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack .NET Developer to support the development and delivery of an enterprise Fund Management System. The role requires expertise in end-to-end application development, UI/UX design, backend architecture, and integration with modern cloud and middleware platforms. The candidate will be involved in designing scalable and secure solutions, contributing to Agile delivery, and ensuring adherence to enterprise standards, security policies, and high-performance requirements.
Scope Of Work & Key Responsibilities
Application Design & Development
- Develop, design, and enhance enterprise applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.
- Participate in UI/logic design and develop web interfaces aligned with modern web standards and user experience guidelines.
- Build scalable, maintainable, and high-performing application components across frontend and backend layers.
Design, Testing & Documentation
- Prepare Low-Level Design (LLD), Unit Test Plans, and Unit Test Case documentation.
- Conduct unit testing to ensure application quality and reliability.
- Assist in integration testing and validation across interconnected systems.
- Maintain technical documentation, artifacts, and support deliverables required for compliance approvals.
Code Quality & Optimization
- Perform code reviews, debugging, and bug fixes to maintain application stability.
- Optimize application performance through efficient coding practices and adherence to standards.
- Ensure proper implementation of coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.
Cloud, Integration & Security
- Apply security compliance practices, including application and data security assessments and remediation.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise security policies, authentication frameworks, and governance controls.
- Support integration with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft and API gateways.
Agile Delivery & Collaboration
- Participate actively in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to deliver high-quality solutions within deadlines.
- Coordinate effectively with stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and architects.
Support & Continuous Improvement
- Provide support for issue resolution, including root cause analysis (RCA) and long-term fixes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, modernization efforts, and legacy transformation.
- Support deployment, release management, and production stability.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
- 8+ years of experience in software development using Microsoft technologies.
Frontend Technologies
- Strong experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks including:
- Experience with UI frameworks such as Bootstrap, Kendo UI, or Metro.
Backend & Microsoft Technologies
- Strong expertise in:
- .NET Framework 4.6+, .NET Core
- ASP.NET MVC
- C#
- ADO.NET, Entity Framework
- Web Services and API development
- Experience with Node.js is a plus.
Database & Data Technologies
- Experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Strong knowledge of database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
Cloud, Security & Integration
- Understanding of Azure services including Azure Storage, ADLS, and Power BI integration.
- Knowledge of modern authentication mechanisms (MFA, OAuth, Client Credentials, OBO flow, etc.).
- Experience with middleware integration tools such as MuleSoft and API Gateways.
Additional Skills
- Exposure to Java for legacy application transformation.
- Familiarity with AI-driven approaches for legacy system modernization.
- Experience managing source code, branching strategies, build and deployment pipelines across environments.
