Required Skills and Qualifications:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a versatile and proactive React Native Developer with strong skills in mobile UI development and experience in backend microservices architecture. The ideal candidate can create seamless mobile experiences while also contributing to scalable backend systems. Familiarity with IoT protocols like MQTT or device integration is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Mobile App Development
• Develop cross-platform mobile apps using React Native.
• Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, pixel-perfect, high-performance interfaces.
• Optimize app performance, memory use, and responsiveness across platforms.
Microservices & Backend Integration
• Design, build, and integrate microservices using Node.js or other modern stacks.
• Work with RESTful APIs, message-based communication (e.g., Kafka, SQS).
• Collaborate with DevOps and backend teams for deployment and scaling.
UI/UX Implementation
• Work closely with designers to implement and refine user interfaces.
• Use component libraries or create custom components with reusable styling.
• Maintain visual consistency across mobile platforms (iOS & Android).
(Good to Have) IoT Integration
• Connect mobile apps with IoT devices using protocols like MQTT, WebSockets.
• Interface with cloud-based IoT platforms like AWS IoT, Google IoT Core, or Azure IoT Hub.
Required Skills:
• 2-5 years of hands-on experience with React Native and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Solid experience building and consuming REST APIs and microservices.
• Strong understanding of mobile UI principles, responsive design, and native look & feel.
• Familiarity with backend tools such as Node.js, Express, Docker, etc.
• Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP), particularly in deploying mobile backends.
Version control using Git and collaborative development with Agile teams
Nice to Have:
• Experience with IoT protocols like MQTT.
• Exposure to AWS IoT.
• Background in native Android/iOS development.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.
• Understanding of security practices for mobile and API communication.
