Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, India, for a Full Stack Mentor (Junior). The mentor will be responsible for guiding and supporting students in mastering front-end and back-end web development concepts. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering training sessions, assisting students with projects and assignments, providing personalized feedback, and mentoring learners to build a strong foundation in full-stack development. Additionally, the mentor will help students stay updated on industry-relevant best practices and new technologies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular
- Familiarity with server-side technologies, such as Node.js, Express, and database systems like MongoDB or SQL
- Understanding of version control systems like Git and deployment workflows
- Strong communication and mentoring skills to guide and support learners effectively
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and adapt teaching methods to different learning styles
- Experience as a developer or educator in web development is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is advantageous
